Pneumonia, meningitis, sepsis, otitis media. Seniors and immunocompromised individuals are at greatest risk.
Conjugate vaccine (PCV20) covers 20 serotypes. Polysaccharide vaccine PPSV23 may be added.
All infants. Once at age 60+. Patients at risk (chronic lung, kidney, heart disease, splenectomy, immune deficiency) regardless of age.
Booster: Senioren ab 60: einmalig PCV20 (oder PPSV23 mit Wiederholung nach 6 J.). Risikopatienten: sequentielles Schema PCV → PPSV.
