Metabolism profile — lipid and glucose metabolism at a glance.
Changes in fat and glucose metabolism are among the most important modifiable risk factors for cardiovascular diseases. With the lab profile Metabolism we assess whether there are signs of altered fat or glucose metabolism, and we additionally determine a marker for gout risk.
How is the examination carried out?
We take a blood sample and determine the following values: lipid values (triglycerides, total cholesterol, LDL, HDL), HbA1c (long-term glucose), uric acid.
At the end of the examination you receive your personal findings report.
